Anxiety

There are different types of anxiety disorders:

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

Generalized anxiety disorder is an excessive worry on a regular basis that affects with daily activities, such as job, school, or family. Some of  the symptoms are restlessness, feeling on edge, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, muscle tension, irritability, or problems sleeping.

Social Anxiety Disorder

It is a excessive worry in social interactions, such as public speaking, being in crowded area, or meeting new people.  It is a fear of being disliked, embarrassed, or rejected. As a result, the social interaction will be avoided or endured with high anxiety.
